Stern Recognized for Environmental Leadership

Los Angeles, CA – California State Senator Henry Stern (Senate District 27) scored 100% on the California Environmental Voters’ California Environmental Scorecard. This score demonstrates Stern’s leadership to fight for bold climate policy and address environmental issues in the California State Legislature.

“I am honored to be recognized as one of our state’s leaders on the environment,” said Stern. “I am grateful to environmental voters for recognizing the work we do by giving us 100% on their report card. The bills we advanced together, some of which passed, too many of which failed, demand a crisis level response to the climate emergency in California. Talk is cheap. Senator Stern is among the highest-ranking State Legislators in the 2021 California Environmental Scorecard as a result of his work on the climate crisis and de-carbonization.
